The Genesis of FRAD
Incorporated in 2013, FRAD COFFEE SDN BHD (originally established as S & Y Food Marketing) was set up by a passionate team of people from Penang to serve the rapidly expanding market in the northern region of Malaysia.
With a humble beginning, we started with a retail operation selling coffee, tea, and afternoon snacks inside Megamall Penang and AEON Mall. This foundational phase gave our team vital, first-hand experience of what is genuinely required on the front lines of the food and beverage industry.
In 2015, capitalizing on our operational insights, the company transformed into a commercial café supplies specialist under our signature trademark: FRAD COFFEE.

The name FRAD is an acronym for Freshly Roasted And Delivered. We emphasize the peak freshness of our coffee beans as the ultimate criteria to enjoy a premium cup of coffee.
